Building a Foundation for Dynamic Teams
Our Fulling team recently gathered to reflect on Building a Foundation for Dynamic Teams, a video conference featuring Sadie Robertson Huff, Dr. Henry Cloud, Stephanie Chung, and Todd Henry. Here are a few key takeaways that sparked great team conversations:
Trust is foundational — Sadie emphasized being dependable and following through to build trust. She also encouraged partnering with those who have strengths we don’t.
We discussed how our Working Geniuses help us recognize each other’s gifts and collaborate more effectively.
Many of us love connecting during staff breakout groups and celebrating weekly wins—it's how we get to know each other as people.
Stephanie Chung’s E.A.R.N. acronym stood out:
Establish the environment
Assure alignment
Rally the troops
Navigate the narrows
Learning about other departments builds accountability and alignment toward a shared vision.
Todd Henry reminded us that trust is earned daily—and it’s the currency of any creative, effective team.
We're continuing to grow by learning together and leading with purpose.
